The Mac is a bit easier, particularly the G3/G4, to do some debug work vs Windows. I want to move back to the Mac preferably the G4 or G3 as I am doing some ugly pointer to pointer to pointer and so on work. Metrowerks fully supports Carbon in CodeWarrior for Mac OS, Release 5. Carbon Support Carbon is a set of APIs that enable Mac OS source code to be compiled for both Mac OS 8.x and Mac OS X. The original license file was lost with a computer crash years ago. Support for prerelease Mac OS X is included in CodeWarriors compilers, linkers, Integrated Debugger and libraries. If so how do I get this license code back as I registered my original CW product way back, about CW Pro Release 1, and I have only been getting the ‘Renewal’ versions. Before I go off and upgrade/patch the Mac 8.0 to 8.3 does it require the license file.
